• In some cases, the patient may need radiographic imaging such as MRI or CT scan, or blood tests to determine the cause of vocal cord paralysis treatment includes voice therapy sessions and exercises, injection laryngoplasty, implant laryngoplasty, nerve reinnervation, and partial excision of the vocal cord using the laser to widen the airway

In some cases, the patient may require tonsillectomy (surgical removal of the tonsils) after the condition has been resolved.

• The treatment involves releasing the tongue tie under local anesthesia at the clinic, or under general anesthesia in the operating room.

The treatment depends on the cause and severity of the hearing loss. Some available treatments include:

• Removal of treatable earwax blockage: This can be done by suction or using a small instrument with a loop at the end.
• Surgical procedures: This includes addressing abnormalities in the eardrum or the bones of the middle ear.
• Hearing aids: If the hearing loss is due to sensory neural hearing impairment, hearing aids can be beneficial.

• Symptoms of sleep disorders include: Feeling fatigued and tired, experiencing difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, frequently waking up after a short period of sleep, feeling resistance to sleep at a late hour, excessive daytime sleepiness and low energy levels, or having difficulty concentrating and remembering.
• The diagnosis is made by checking the medical history, conducting a physical examination, performing nasal and throat endoscopy, and conducting a sleep study.
• The treatment depends on the underlying cause.
